In the German city of Zwickau, at Schumannstraße 12, a fascinating convergence between the past and the present has emerged in the field of architecture.

  The last documentation received dates back to 1992, creating the need for this architectural drawing project.

  However, this reinterpretation is not limited to the mere replication of the past; instead, a careful and considered update has been achieved. I introduced adjustments that reflect contemporary comforts and standards. New technologies and materials have been respectfully integrated, ensuring that the structure remains a testament to durability and beauty in the modern age.

  En la ciudad alemana de Zwickau, en la calle Schumannstraße 12, ha surgido una fascinante convergencia entre el pasado y el presente en el ámbito de la arquitectura.
  La ultima documentacion recibida data del año 1992, creando la nececidad de este proyecto de dibujo arquitectónico.
