Anne Benedict is Director of Leadership Development for the Interpublic Group. At Interpublic, Anne develops and manages programs for leaders across the company. Prior to Interpublic, Anne worked at the Disney-ABC Television Group, where she specialized in organizational and leadership development. Anne worked closely with executives on their organizational structure, team development and strategy. She was also responsible for addressing issues and creating measures related to employee engagement and talent development. In addition, Anne managed the executive coaching program.

Prior to Disney-ABC, Anne spent ten years in professional services at Mercer Human Resource Consulting in three locations: Toronto, Paris and New York. As a Principal at Mercer, Anne led her clients in a wide range of HR specialty areas such as talent management, HR merger integrations, compensation, communication and operations. Anne has had the opportunity to lead projects with several large global companies headquartered in Canada, Europe and the US.

Anne obtained her B.Sc. in Psychology and Management from McGill University, and her B.A.S. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo.

Anne is fluent in French and English.
